Welcome
Raffaniello & Associates offers clients
the ability to shape public policy to ensure that their business
enterprises can thrive. The firm’s advocacy services focus on
tax, trade, and health care issues before the U.S. Congress.
The firm’s leader, Mr. Raffaniello,
has a proven track record of working on a bipartisan basis with the
Senate and House Leadership, the Senate Committee on Finance, and the
House Committee on Ways & Means. He has achieved significant
legislative results on behalf of businesses in all types of industries.
In doing so, he has earned a reputation of impeccable integrity by
providing Members of Congress and their staff with timely, accurate,
and useful information. Mr. Raffaniello’s 25 years of experience
in the policy arena includes serving as Chief of Staff to a Member of
the Committee on Ways & Means, as a principal in the firm of
PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and as a lobbyist for federal and state
trade associations.
The First Amendment to the Constitution of
the United States provides the right to petition the government. To
effectively exercise that right, a business enterprise needs a zealous
advocate who has learned the processes of government, has learned the
law as it applies to that enterprise, and can present cogent and
persuasive arguments to key policymakers at critical points in their
decision-making process. Raffaniello & Associates has a
demonstrated commitment to these principles.
